Agreement to Terms

By requesting service from RV Repair Miami, scheduling an appointment, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all service appointments, estimates, and repairs performed by RV Repair Miami across Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Service Description

RV Repair Miami provides mobile recreational vehicle repair and maintenance services at the customer's location in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Service is provided at driveways, campgrounds, storage facilities, RV parks, and other locations within our service area. We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with any RV manufacturer, dealer, or warranty provider.

Pricing and Flat-Rate Commitment

We operate on a flat-rate pricing model. Before dispatching a technician:

• We provide a complete price quote covering parts, labor, and travel to your location
• The quoted price is your invoice total for the specified work
• No additional charges are added without your explicit approval
• If additional issues are discovered during service, work stops and you are called with a new quote before proceeding

Prices shown on our website represent typical Miami-Dade averages and are provided for planning purposes only. Your actual price is determined by our technician after on-site diagnosis and is quoted before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. We do not invoice for deferred payment except for pre-arranged commercial accounts. Payment must be collected before the technician departs your location.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by calling (305) 912-8800:

• More than 2 hours before scheduled arrival: No charge
• Less than 2 hours before arrival: A $65 dispatch fee may apply to cover travel costs already incurred
• No-show: Full dispatch fee of $65 applies

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergency service calls, or technician availability. We will contact you promptly if rescheduling is required.

Warranty on Work Performed

Parts supplied and installed by RV Repair Miami carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which varies by part. Labor performed by RV Repair Miami is warranted for 30 days from the date of service for the specific repair performed. Warranty service is performed at your Miami-Dade location at no additional travel charge.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by continued use of a malfunctioning system after service, failure of parts or systems unrelated to the repair performed, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accident, misuse, or environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability

RV Repair Miami's liability for any service is limited to the cost of the original repair. We are not liable for: pre-existing conditions in the vehicle, consequential damages including loss of use or rental costs, issues unrelated to the specific repair performed, or damage caused by failure to follow our post-service recommendations.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Our technicians will note and inform you of pre-existing conditions discovered during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were present before our service began. Documented pre-existing conditions are noted on the service record.

Access and Safety Requirements

You agree to provide safe and legal access to the RV for service. This includes ensuring adequate working space around the vehicle, informing us of any access restrictions (gated communities, low clearances, weight limits), and disclosing any known safety hazards on or near the vehicle.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from services provided by RV Repair Miami is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
